Bye bye USA...
Here we go! After the 527 miles (527.3 actually, always good to be precise), we reached Atlanta and we flew from there to Mexico on Monday.
A bit more than 3 years, it went fast. The transition between the trail and Mexico is not that difficult though, it was way more strange to leave Cincinnati for the trail.
Hopefully, we won’t hurt anyone by saying that Atlanta is not the most pedestrian and bus user friendly. We were amazed to see that it was easier to understand the Cincinnati transit maps than Atlanta’s. It’s a mess, nobody knows where the bus stops, where it goes and when. If you don’t have a smartphone, you’re screwed!
We ‘ve now been in Mexico for 2 days , surprisingly easier to find your way in that city. We’re staying in one of my brother’s friend apartment in one of the nicest place of the city, we are as comfortable as can be.
