Bonjour,
Grand moment d'extase, en ce moment même...je déguste 2 croissants de chez Agnès b Hong Kong....dans la top liste des meilleurs croissants au monde. Je teste les croissants partout où je vais. Déjà, quand j'etais jeune je mangeais 10 croissants le week end ( en periode de croissance). Bon il faut dire que c'est familiale (génétique ?), on fait un peu tout par excès ( hein papa). Ne pas rejeter la culpabilité sur les autres...il faut que je calme mes excès, par moi même car ils ne viennent que de moi, même si mon père à les mêmes problèmes les excès ne sont en rien génétiques !
. Je vais essayer de reguler tout ça ( Moins d'achat de chemises, moins , moins ... Plus d'équilibre).
Bon revenons aux croissants, C'est sûr qu'en Indonésie j'ai été un peu déçu par les croissants. Un jour, je créerai probablement un message spécial sur le croissant voire un blog à part entière comme Jean Michel a son blog sur la Caesar salad, et Jérôme S. aura probablement son blog sur les mojitos.
Je continue donc mon brunch avec 2 croissants tièdes, un chocolat avec des marshmallows, des œufs brouillés aux truffes...

Revenons en Indonésie que j'ai quittée hier. Au revoir Gilis (Gili Air n'a jamais aussi bien mérité son nom que vu du ciel)
, au revoir Rijani, au revoir Lombok.
Dernière photos de mon départ de Gili, de mon hôtel, de ma carriole de mon centre de yoga ( je ne me suis pas encore mis au yoga mais ça ne saurait tardé
)
Mon dernier jour à Lombok a été encore plein de découvertes. Je suis parti avec torpédo "le retour" ou torpédo II, à travers le centre de Lombok direction Tetebatu au pied du Rijani., au sud du Rijani.
Un petit arrêt à Narmada connu pour son parc créé, pour un roi, il y a 200 ans, avec une reconstitution "imagée" du Rijani et de son lac. Il a été complété depuis par une piscine olympique !
Ensuite retour sur la route, où l'on croise des villages aux maisons très colorées et de toutes les couleurs,
Du linge qui sèche sur le bord de la route parfumé aux gaz d'échappement, ou bien, juste étendu sur un champ de riz fraîchement coupé. Il y a une concurrence sur cette étalage de linge à sécher dans les endroits improbables entre les Italiens, les Chinois et maintenant les Indonésiens. les Chinois restent les champions quand même !
Et puis quelques habitants locaux qui ont autant de problème de dents que moi, voire un peu plus. Il faut croire qu'il y a une pénurie de dentistes à Lombok. Pour ceux qui suivent, les dents sont un thème transversal sur ce blog. Donc je vais chez le dentiste dans 40 minutes à HK pour finir les soins et aussi finir mon film ( je vous rappelle que l'on choisi son film chez le dentiste à HK) la séance de cinéma risque de me coûter encore un peu cher... 8000 dollars honkongais (750 euros) toujours aussi cher. La sécu va criser. Bon bilan, le dentiste à Bali avait raté un nerf... Toujours infecté ! Celui ci est maintenant nettoyé. Ça sert les équipements modernes. Nouveau rendez vous pris dans un mois, et puis couronne à prévoir...j'adore ce dentiste, il veut vraiment que mon année soit autour de lui où de ma/mes dents. Ça nous fait un fil rouge.
Suite à la reception d'une plainte quand à la difficulté des photos pour les âmes sensibles, une censure a été effectuée sur des 2 photos...
Enfin on arrive à Tetebatu. Là bas, il faut absolument demander à un local de vous emmener aux chutes. Il vous fera faire une balade de 4-5 heures à travers la campagne, les champs de riz, les villages, les plantations de tabac, De bananes, des paysages somptueux. Moi qui adore les champs de riz en étages, j'étais aux anges. Vraiment aux anges, comme un enfant qui découvre pour la première fois de tels paysages. Bien que je soupçonne les enfants de ne pas apprécier ce type de paysages et de préférer un écran télé avec une PS4. Donc j'ai pris des photos partout, vous pouvez les voir dans l'album. On dit que lombok a tout Bali en plus. Presque, j'ai vu les champs des 2 iles, Bali gagne par leur beauté comparé à Lombok. Mais bon, après où sont les plus beaux champs de riz en étages.... Et bien en Chine au nord de Guilin dans les montagnes. De meme que pour les temples, Bali gagne encore. Bon Lombok a 1000 mosquées. mais la beauté des temples indous ( je crois qu'ils sont indous) de Bali sont incomparables par rapport aux mosquées. Je n'ai rien contre les mosquées mais elles paraissent souvent vident et froides. A noter que le temps n'était pas de la partie puisque j'ai eu mes premières gouttes de pluie en 3 semaines. Bon 30 minutes d'un petit crachin breton (je n'ai rien non plus contre la Bretagne). Le problème c'est plus pour la luminosité des photos...

On est ensuite arrivé aux chutes d'eau, seuls, mon guide et moi. Les touristes viennent en général le matin. Pas de baignade, bien qu'elle soit possible. Un peu frisquets avec cette météo, et un peu frileux aussi le gars.
Puis retour, avec un arrêt chez mon guide, histoire de boire un thé, prendre une photo Polaroïd avec la petite famille, une petite enquête sur l'utilisation de produit cosmétique. Ben oui quoi, un "home visit" comme on les appelle au travail. Mais juste pour le plaisir d'envoyer une photo aux collègues d'une utilisatrice de garnier light complete, et aussi un utilisateur de garnier homme. Un vrai couple l'Oréal comme on les aime au fin fond de l'Indonésie. Mais comme ils m'ont dit, le produit est bien avec cette pub pour avoir la peau plus blanche.
Je pense qu'il faut quitter l'Indonésie sur cette note garnier.

I thus continue my brunch with 2 warm croissants, one hôte chocolat ait marshmallows, Scramble eggs with truffle...

My last day at Lombok was full of newness. I left my hotel on torpedo "the return" or torpedo II, crossing the center of Lombok in direction of Tetebatu at the bottom of Rijani (south Rijani)
A stop at Narmada, known for its garden created for a king, 200 years ago, with a reconstitution of Rijani, its mountain, it's lake. Since then it was completed with an Olympic swimming pool !
Then, back on the road, where I crossed villages with colorful houses, all type of colors.
Linen which is drying along the road with exhausted pipe fragrance, or just lay on rice filed freshly cut. There is a competition between Italian, Chinese and now Indonesians to put linen on funny place. Chinese still stay champion in this field of innovation and originality.
And I met also some locals, who have same teeth problem than I do, or even worse. I think there is a lack of dentist at Lombok. For those who are following me, teeth problem is is transversal theme of this blog. By the way, I go to see dentist in 40 minutes again at HK to finish the care and also to finish my film ( I remind you that at HK I can choose the film I want while the dentist is working inside my mouth). The moving theater is going to be expensive again...8000 HK dollars (750 euros), still expensive finally...finally the dentist in Indonesia missed a nerve, infected nerve.! Now it is clean, totally clean. Welcome modern medicine ... I have a new appointment in 1 month, then put a crown , a new one...I love this dentist, he keep doing treatment along this year to stay on my blog.
Finally I arrived at Tetebatu. There, it is absolutely necessary to ask a local guy to take you to the falls. He will make you a hike of 4-5 hours through the countryside, the fields of rice, villages, plantations of tobacco, bananas, luxurious landscapes. I truly adore the fields of rice in floors, I was in the seventh heaven. Really to the angels, as a child who discovers for the first time such landscapes. Although I suspect the children of not appreciating this type of landscapes and of preferring a TV screen with a PS4. Thus I took photos everywhere, you can see them in the album. We say that lombok has all Bali in more. I have seen the fields of 2 islands, Bali wins by their beauty compared with Lombok. But one are the most beautiful fields of rice by levels/floors...
Well, in China in the North of Guilin in mountains. Same for temples, Bali still wins. True that Lombok has 1000 mosques. But the beauty of indous temples (I believe that they are indous) of Bali are incomparable compared with mosques. I have nothing against mosques but they often appear empty and cold. To note that the weather was not of the party because I had my first rainy drops in the 3 weeks. Well 30 minutes of a small Brittany drizzle (I have nothing either against the Brittany). The problem it is more for the luminosity of photos...

Thus, we arrived with my guide at water falls, alone. Tourists come morning, in general at this place. Swimming was possible, but I didn't. It was a little bit chilly, and I am Sensitive to cold water !
Then way back, with a stop at my guide's house, to drink tea, take picture with Polaroid of his family, and also a survey on cosmetic usage. Of course ! A "home visit" like at work. But just for fun, and in order to send picture to my colleague of user of garnier product (garnier light complete) and also men user. A very goog L'Oreal couple, as we like them, deep inside Indonesia, using L'Oreal products. As they told me, the advertisement is so good to get whiter skin...
So I think it is a good happy end to Indonesia, with this garnier picture.
